A unique celebration was an excellent opportunity for Armenian winemakers to present their products - home and factory wine. Visitors will be able to participate in tastings of various wines and purchase favorite drinks at the fair.
Day 1
|
Breakfast.Yerevan City tour: Mother Armenia, Cascade, Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan, Northern Avenue, Republic Square. The first we will visit to Matenadaran- a repository of ancient manuscripts. Next we’ll visit to Megerian Carpet- Hand woven Rugs Production. Lunch at Megerian- here you’ll taste Armenian dolma. History Museum of Armenia. In the evening welcome dinner with Armenian folk music and Armenian National food. |
Day 2 |
Breakfast .Visit to Khor Virap. Then you will visit village Areni. Areni village was an old and famous village in Syunik district. Areni is one of actively developing wine regions in Armenia where famous indigenous red wine Areni is produced. Here we have a chance to taste it at one of local wine factories. Wine degustation.Visit to the mystical Bird’s cave. Next we will visit to Noravank monastery it is situated on a ledge of a deep winding gorge of a tributary of the Arpa River. Lunch at the restaurant. Overnight in Yerevan |
Day 3

Breakfast. Free Day. Here you have a full day to participate on a festival Wine Days on Saryan street. You have a chance to taste 7 types of wine. |
Day 4

Breakfast. Visit to Etchmiatdzin - Etchmiadzin Cathedral is the mother church of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Visit to St. Hripsime temple. One of the most beautiful examples of Armenian architecture. Lunch at “Machanents”. Zvartnots Cathedral. Return to Yerevan. Wine degustation on Saryan street, participation on Yerevan Wine days celebration. Overnight in Yerevan |
Day 5

Breakfast. Visit to Garni Temple. After Christianity was declared as the state religion of the country, almost all pagan temples in the country were destroyed. Visit to Geghard (Ayrivank) monastery complex. Ceremony of the Armenian traditional bread lavash baking. Lunch at Garnitoun.Visit to Canyon of Garni. Canyon of Garni stretches along the river Azat (Garni) and Goght (tributary of Azat). It is notable for its magnificent, seemingly artificial slopes, which are composed of regular hexagonal prisms. The last stretch from the foot to the top of the gorge and got the name "Symphony of Stones". Return to Yerevan. Free evening. Overnight in Yerevan |

Breakfast. Visit to “Gum” market for sweets, “Vernisaj’ souvenir market. Lunch. Free time. Overnight in Yerevan. Transfer to the airport |
